Campervan rental in Sangerhausen

The collection sits toward the edge, near the old mining ground at the Stollenmühle side, with the A38 as the fast road along the southern Harz. Nordhausen is the larger neighbour to the west. The roses are a walk inside a garden, not a driving destination.

South of the hills the Goldene Aue is open farmland. North, the Südharz karst is caves, gypsum and forest roads that climb into a different climate. The Kyffhäuser, southeast, is a separate ridge with its own monument and its own small roads. You can see a long way from both and still be in a van that should have stayed on the A38 a little longer.
