Bremen South is not a car park in Huckelriede or the Neustadt.
The collection sits down the Weser at Langwedel, south of the city, in a lowland of locks, sheds and through-roads. You are closer to Verden than to the Roland. The first turn is a choice between the A27 corridor and the river roads, not a tour of the Schnoor.
Bremen's Umweltzone is real, and it applies only if you drive up into the inner city. Nothing about leaving Langwedel requires it. East of here the land rises gently toward the Lüneburg Heath. South is Verden and the Aller. North is Bremen when you actually want Bremen.
Do not navigate to 'Bremen centre' out of habit. Set the next pin to the A27, to Verden, or to a heath pitch, and let the city be a deliberate detour.
If that detour happens, the green sticker has to be sorted before you cross Bremen's Umweltzone, not at the market.
Langwedel's river roads can sit under flood closures while the motorway does not. After heavy rain, trust the A27 rather than a dike lane that looked fine in a dry-week photo.
