A campervan handover here puts you inland of the harbour, handy for the road toward Borås or for driving in to the port if you have a ferry onward to Denmark or Germany. Those ships leave from the harbour, not the runway, and the van needs a booking if it is sailing. North, the Bohuslän coast is a slower string of fishing villages and islands. West-coast weather is wet and mild by Swedish standards, nothing like a Kiruna winter.
Driving is on the right. Collecting at Landvetter is not a key desk in every western suburb.
A few things worth knowing

If you are sailing, book the van on the ship and drive to the correct harbour terminal with a buffer. The airport handover does not include the ramp.

If you are staying in Sweden, point night one toward Bohuslän or inland, not into a city-centre lap with a new motorhome.
- 03
Drive on the right, expect rain, and use a proper campsite. Elk are less of a theme here than in the north, and still a reason to be careful at dusk once you are on smaller roads.
